INSTYLE has earned an International reputation for innovative textiles designed for airlines, trains, entertainment venues, casinos and convention centres, hospitality and healthcare interiors, commercial offices and education facilities, as well as high-end residential and public spaces.

Established by Michael Fitzsimons in 1987 INSTYLE was created with a vision to build an Internationally respected textile company.

Today millions of people sit on INSTYLE textiles. INSTYLE's textiles feature in Qantas aircraft, QLD and NSW Railways, Sydney Harbour Ferries, Australian Navy submarines, at Telstra, Optus, Sydney Entertainment Centre, Sydney Convention Centre, Crown and Conrads Jupiter Casinos, NSW and Victoria Parliament Houses, Victoria Law Courts, Federation Square, Dendy and Hoyts Cinemas, NIDA Theatre, Docklands Stadium, Sydney Olympic Stadium, and Myer stores nationally to name a few.

INSTYLE textiles are used by hotel chains such as Hilton, Mecure, and Medina, major National and International corporations and government departments, and extensively in public and private hospitals.

INSTYLE has attracted consistent International attention for the quality of their designs and textiles. INSTYLE has won the recognition of the Industry by winning the `Woolmark Company, Golden Thread Awards, for Commercial Textiles for the past six years consecutively.

INSTYLE is well known for its contemporary and sophisticated collections including textiles in wool, alpaca, linen other natural fibres and advanced synthetics. At INSTYLE products are developed to the highest technical standards, often particular to an industry standard - such as aviation textiles, or where a textile needs to meet a number of standards to be used across a broad application base such as Hospitality and Healthcare interiors.

INSTYLE textiles are tested to the CTA (Commercial Textile Association of Australia and New Zealand) and ACT(Association for Contract Textiles) standards. INSTYLE designs and develops its own distinctive range of upholstery and screen textiles in its award winning Sydney Design Studio.

INSTYLE is an ethical and environmentally responsible company. As part of their ongoing commitment to environmental protection, INSTYLE has implemented programs to reduce the environmental impact created through company activities. This includes recycling all packaging waste, conserving energy and paper, whilst discontinued sampling fabric offcuts are sent for reuse to charity organisations. Furthermore, INSTYLE in conjunction with The Woolmark Company, has developed a textile concept (LIFE Textiles®) where textiles are produced to strict specifications which minimise their impact on the environment.

In 1994, INSTYLE Contract Textiles introduced, implemented and today maintains a documented Quality System.

INSTYLE has established offices in all capital cities of Australia and is represented in the USA by INSTYLE CONTRACT TEXTILES Inc. INSTYLE is distributed in New Zealand by its 100% wholly owned subsidiary VIVID Textiles Ltd. INSTYLE is also represented in Hong Kong by MCV Asia.
